Why Should I Use a Recruiter?
Great question! I’m so glad you asked. We have so much to say.
1. Much faster hiring process. When hiring in-house, can take months. Between posting the job advertisements, waiting for it to close, reading through resumes, it’s can be super inefficient. Whereas with an external recruiter all you need to do is present us with the specifics, and in a couple of weeks, you’ll have a list of the best candidates for the job. It’s really that simple.
2. Specialist recruitment knowledge. We’re not saying your HR team isn’t well equipped, in fact we know they’re fantastic, or else they wouldn’t be working with you. However, a recruiters only job is to recruit, so we’ve become quite good at it, as they say… practice makes perfect. External recruiters bring an expert eye to the recruiting process, they spend every day hiring the best candidates for others in your industry and have developed tried and tested strategy for curating the best team possible.
