AOS Recruitment is currently working with an exciting and innovative AI and analytics vendor looking to hire their first person on the ground for ANZ. They are the industry’s leading provider of the video analytics and artificial intelligence for rapid video review and search, real-time alerting, and video insights. By transforming raw video into actionable intelligence, our client shortens the time-to-target for security threats while increasing safety and optimizing operations. 

 

The Regional Sales Manager/Director position will be responsible for delivering on revenue goals in the territory. This position will require the formulation of go-to-market strategies and implementations, effective prospecting, following well-defined sales processes, working with business partners and focusing on key accounts within the geographic territory to achieve revenue growth. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate a sales pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned sales quota
  • Generate face-to-face sales activities sufficient to develop a sales pipeline
  • Undertake extensive prospecting/lead generation/cold calling/networking to uncover new sales opportunities 
  • Manage and develop existing & new customers
  • Manage and develop existing indirect partners and channels and work with end-users to influence their decisions. 
  • Identify, qualify, secure, and develop new indirect partners and channels

What you will bring:

  • At least 8 years experience of sales in a technology/SaaS company 
  • Security (Public Safety & CCTV or security threat) sales experience is a bonus but not a must 
  • Experience in selling software solutions to both the Government and Enterprise verticals 
  • Ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships 
  • Experience with tender processes 
  • Experience with big System Integrators in the Security market will be an advantage 
  • Knowledge of consultancy firms will be an advantage
