Solution Pre-Sales Engineer.

We are hiring a pre-sales professional to help us provide first class support for our customers. Responsibilities include: ● Demonstrate our product to APAC leads, answering their questions and showcasing the

value ApprovalMax can bring to their business. These demonstrations will take place on webinars, 1-1 calls, and at offline conferences

● Help create content for battlecards and other pre-sales materials ● Help the Sales team uncover and address specific needs of the top-tier leads ● Collaborate with the Marketing team in regards to webinars and offline events where you

will represent ApprovalMax as a Product Expert ● Be a speaker at offline and online events ● Provide coaching and professional development to the Sales and other teams in order to

enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills

Desired Skills and Experience: ● Minimum 1 years experience in a pre-sales, customer support or customer success role

is a must ● Relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounting or masters in economics with

understanding of business financials is a must ● Ability to collaborate and communicate with the team members from Sales, Customer

Success, and Marketing is essential ● Experience working with B2B SaaS products ● Knowledge of IT concepts (no coding skills required), understanding of technical

solutions such as automation, cloud integration, API, SSO, etc ● Business acumen, basic understanding of how businesses operate and run accounting

and bookkeeping is a plus ● Ability to communicate and foster positive relationships ● Accountability and personal organization are essential ● Experience speaking at conferences and webinars ● A global mindset, comfortable working with different colleagues on the other side of the

world
