Our client, a global MarTech vendor are currently looking for a Senior Analyst or Commissions to join the Sydney office. The Senior Analyst, Commissions will report to the Manager, Global Commissions and will support the business by providing day-to-day leadership for the monthly sales compensation calculations. Furthermore, the role will be a project team participant for the implementation of new software.
Key Responsibilities Include The Following
- Manage day-to-day operations of sales compensation and commissions calculations
- Manage sales variable compensation issues and ensure timely resolution
- Effectively coordinate with leadership on salary model changes
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of commissions and bonuses to payroll
- Timely submission of sales compensation accruals
- Effectively manage payment allocations for commission calculations
- Manage a variable compensation excel database
- Drive effective internal relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, FP&A, HR, Payroll and Accounting
- Identify process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines
- Provide accounting assistance to all stakeholders
- Respond to commission and bonus queries effectively
Skills & Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior Analyst role focusing on Sales compensation and commissions
- Salesforce and Tableau experience preferred
- Experience in a global company with geographically dispersed teams, SaaS experience a plus
