Founder and Director of AOS Recruitment, Adam O’Shea is the sole force behind finding your next IT superstar. After just over a decade in sales and IT recruitment, Adam decided it was time to find the work-life balance he has always dreamed of. Still passionate about working for others, Adam knew he was best suited to bringing people together from across the world to create incredible employer/employee relationships.


Having taken a risk starting AOS, Adam is determined to help others do the same and take a chance on the unknown. Working with AOS, your working directly with Adam each and every time you call. Whether he’s at his desk talking with clients, having coffee at the local café or travelling across the world with his partner, Adam will always be there for you.

Abbey Baldacchino

APAC Marketing Manager


Marketing Manager of AOS Recruitment, Abbey takes care of company branding, marketing and strategy across APAC. The University of Melbourne educated, she has fresh expertise on all things marketing which is obvious throughout her work. 

Being only in the marketing industry for 2 years before AOS, Abbey brings a fresh attitude to marketing and a keen eye for creativity. 

Abbey is determined to create a strong brand image for AOS Recruitment and elevate the company's reach across APAC.

Tamsin initially pursued a career in recruitment just to prove she could, and ended up falling in love with the industry. After over 5 years in recruitment she’s still passionate about helping candidates land incredible opportunities they never thought were possible, gaining major satisfaction watching them excel in their new roles.

In her spare times Tamsin gets active, exploring New Zealand one hike and ski trip at a time.

Tamsin’s extensive knowledge of the IT sales industry and proactive communication skills make her an incredible asset to the AOS Recruitment team. We’re very excited to welcome her on board.

With a background in beauty and 10 years in sales, Tiffany brings diverse experience to the AOS Recruitment team. She felt drawn to the IT Recruitment industry due to its ever-changing nature and has spent the last 4 years immersed in all things tech. The variety in her role is what keeps her passionate, with new job openings and exciting tech companies coming across her desk weekly. 

During the pandemic, TIffany relocated her life to the Sunshine Coast and has enjoyed the change of pace. She spends her days off at the beach, pilates studio, trying new restaurants or sitting in with a Netflix show. 


Chief Morale Officer


Chief Morale Officer, Ollie is the definition of energy. He brings enthusiasm to every task he tackles, making his vibrancy contagious. 

Ollie's primary role is to maintain company culture, ensuring all team members are as excited about their role as he is. His ability to relieve regular workplace frustrations with his affectionate smile and requests for pats is where his primary value lies. 

Ollie is determined to create a stress-free and enthusiastic workplace for AOS Recruitment, allowing the other team members to fulfil their full potential.
